Please include note to seller for the names you'd like. When adding names, please see the photos for numbered templates to identify where you would like each name placed. Example: when ordering 6 names, list as 1-Dave, 2-Jacob, 3-Maggie, 4-Ryan, 5-Luke, 6-Wade based on the image template.

Design consists of 3 layers quality maple plywood that has been laser cut for precision before adding stain. Matching easel is included. Names are engraved on the heart placement that you specify for personalization.
